Ten Ways to Lift Your Spirits

My dad sent this to me about a week ago and I thought it was worth posting here. In fact, I may print it out and set it up on my nightstand, since some of the points can serve as good daily reminders. To always be grateful and helpful, challenge but don’t overextend yourself, act happy even when it’s the last thing you feel like doing, get enough exercise and sleep, don’t forget to be a good friend, and have faith. Faith in yourself, faith in a higher power. Whatever that faith may be for you, it may serve you well in life. I’m going to focus on numbers 3, 9 and 10.
